Hey guys, thanks for all your great feedback! Here are the revision you guys suggested - I added more scratches and texturing to the wall, and experimented with some different colors. Let me know what you think!
These look great! My favorite is number 2 for these reasons.
1. It's pleasing to the eye 2. its feels cold and gloomy 3. Most of all I like that the yellow carpet is under the bunk our main character sleeps under. The yellow brings my eye right to that area and that is were we would want the audience to look.
I agree with Jason on number 2. I also like number 5 because the cream walls which give it the very stale/mundane feel. I think I would like the see number 2 combined with the cream walls from number 5.
